These terms and conditions of Valser Service AG apply to the services offered on the main page and all orders that are placed in Valser Service eShop.
The delivery area is limited to the areas served by Valser Service AG in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Whether a town is supplied, can be checked by entering the zip cod on valserservice.ch
The contract comes into existence only after the customer has received an order confirmation by e-mail. From this point, the customer can not change or cancel the order. The products are delivered to the address that was specified by the customer when ordering.
Valser Service does not offer single bottles for sale. The minimum order is one unit.
The published prices are in Swiss Francs including VAT and service and serve as guide prices, as some Valser Service suppliers are independent Distributors, the design of sales prices as well as payment modalities are free. Valser Service AG reserves the right to change its prices at any time. There are always displayed on the order date prices.
The invoice amount must always be paid on site by credit or debit card. After consultation with your Valser Service supplier, an invoice can also be issued on site.
Some Valser Service suppliers are independent sales partners. They are free to set their own sales prices and payment methods. Accordingly, no generally applicable information can be provided regarding payment options or potential discounts. If the client’s area is covered by an independent sales partner, the prices displayed correspond to the sales partner’s own price list.
After the confirmation of order the responsible Valser Service supplier for the area will contact the buyer, on weekdays usually within 48 hours. The delivery time is based on mutual agreement. The Valser Service AG may not be liable for any delays of Valser Service supplier.
If the customer cannot be met at the agreed delivery time, the Valser Service supplier free to deposit the products at the agreed delivery, unless another agreement has been made. Regardless of the presence of the customer, the responsibility upon delivery of the goods passes to him.
To check the delivered good is the responibility of the customer. Any quality defects are to be rported to the Valser Service AG immediately. Mistakenly delivered drinks that the customer has received, must not be taken back.
Valser Service AG is not responsible for the availability of the products offered.
The crates may not be used by the customer and must be given back to the Valser Service supplier again at the next visit. The empties are also taken back by the Valser Service supplier.
With regard to the processing of personal data by Valser Service AG, the currently valid provisions on data protection apply.
Valser Service AG reserves the right to amend the present Terms. This requires no special instructions. For further assistance and/or contradictions between the German, French and Italian text of the Conditions of the German text is considered authoritative.
The jurisdiction is the headquarters of the Valser Service AG. It applies to the laws of Switzerland.
